Self Defense Pressure Testing Drill taught in one of our self defense for women workshops consist of the attendees performing the Self Defense Pressure Testing Drill of spinning on the spot for roughly 30-60 seconds. By that point everyone was dizzy to say the least. They then had to strike a heavy bag for one minute using self defense strikes as intensely as they could. This helps train you to get used to being disoriented and confused while facing a real life threat in a self defense situation versus practicing self defense strikes when relaxed. Women’s self defense training should have various pressure tests to get women use to various pressured situations so they are better prepared if something were to happen where they have to defend themselves.
