Ready to Go/Last blog before 2009 US OPEN and ISKA World Championships

Hello Everyone

Well this is my fourth day on holidays. My 1st of 2 weeks I take off during the year. I started out my holidays by going out Saturday night and visiting with on my my aunts. I Do pretty much nothing on Sunday except that my gramma and one of my other aunts came over for dinner. Then I went to a friends house to hang out. So that was good. Monday I did some banking and paying the bills. I also got my 2nd last practice in for breaking with Master Gayle. We had a really good practice.

Tuesday I had my last practice before the US OPEN. It basically told me what I needed to know before I get down to Florida on Thursday and compete on Friday. I also went to the chiropractor on Tuesday night to let him loosen me up. He really didn’t have to do to much. I am pretty loose and have a greater range of motion ever since I started to train with Russian Kettlebells. I only see the chiropractor about twice a year as a general maintainenace.

Wednesday which is today I basically tried to relax and not think too much about anything. I took the business cellphone over to Sir Richard to look after it while I am in Florida. I went and bought  a new belt and buckle since mine broke yesterday. I got a belt buckle with a chopper symbol on it as I am getting ready to get my new motorcycle hopefully. If they ever get it put together at the shop. I also found a motorcycle jacket on ebay i like.  I also have packed my luggage.

So now I am already to leave for the airport at 5:30am on Thursday July 2nd.  I feel healthy, strong, and clear minded. I got the itch to compete. I am hoping to get to a computer while I am down in Florida so I can update everyone how Team Wolverine did. So that being said, I am off to do some more relaxing and forget about everything until it happens.
