Hello Everyone
Well I got two things to discuss today. First off I am in my second week of training extremely hard again. I have been training all summer but not like this. I am doing 3 conditioning workouts a day for 5 days a week. I do strength, power, flexibility, endurance, core, and plyometrics. I was pretty tired last week but my body is getting use to it by now. I also have each week getting a little harder. I am always putting my body into shock.
I am feeling pretty good right now. I feel that my training is already ahead of schedule for next year’s US OPEN and ISKA World Championships. But that is not the only reason why I train. I like training. It makes me feel good. I also set a positive example for my students. I know my students look up to me so I better be on top of my game. I am not the type of person that makes their students go through hell and yet I never done it myself. To me that is setting a bad example. A good leader leads by example. They lead by doing and not asking or telling.
Second thing I want to talk about is nutrition. Top level athletes and and martial artists need proper nutrition for their bodies to work at optimal levels. This means drinking lots of water to hydrate your system, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, and make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals the body requires. But sometimes you can’t get everything you need in your diet. Nutritional supplements are an excellent way of doing this. There are supplements that can give you energy, help your body recover from workouts, supports healthy immune system, and so many other benefits.
I am currently on a variety of excellent supplements that are helping me achieve my goals. And the best part is they are all natural and plant based. These supplements are also not on any anti-doping lists. They are 100% safe and many top level athletes use them. Lots of these athletes are world champions and Olympians. If you want to know more about these supplements, contact me through my website.
