On Wednesday night we did the Taekwondo 300 Workout that I created for the warm up for the adult Taekwondo class. Time ranged from 11 minutes to just under 15 minutes. I did the workout the next day at 9 minutes and 35 seconds. It’s a nice full body workout that you can do in a short time.
As always with this type of workout, you need to be honest with yourself. You need to do every repetition of every exercise properly. If not you are cheating yourself and you should not feel good about that. If you are working out with someone else doing this type of workout, you would also be cheating your training partners if you don’t do it properly. I can guarantee that your training partners can tell if you didn’t do it right. So do it right and at the best of your ability and strive to improve every time. You will feel really good knowing you did the workouts properly and at the best of your abilities.
