First blog in a while/courtesy challenge/USBA/WBA

Well Hello Everyone

It’s been a little bit since I actually a blog on here. So here it is.

Frist I just want to say that we certainly have 75 random acts of courtesy and kindness on the 10,000 Random Acts of Courtesy and Challenge page. I am happy about that. Our goal is to get 10,000 acts posted by May 1, 2011. Help us reach that goal please. We need more people in this world to be more courteous and kind to others. You can visit the page at

Also I just receive my membership package the other day from the USBA/WBA which is the United Stated and WOrld Breaking Association founded by Master Drew Serrano and Grandmaster Ralph Bergamo. The USBA/WBA is the largest sanctioning body in the world for competitive breaking. They sanction many tournament and world records. The USBA/WBA was founded to create a unified set of rules for competitive breaks. One standard set of rules for all to follow. They continue to adapt their organization to meet the needs if its’ members. They strive to educate the breakers and the general public of this awesome style of competition. I am proud to finally be part of this organization after 4 years of competing at the US OPEN which is one of the many tournaments they sanction.

Also 2010 has been a positive year so far for Cobourg Tae Kwon Do. We are still slowly and steadily growing bigger and better all the time. Our quality of service is getting better. Our instructors and students are improving on a daily basis. The quality really shows. Our Team Wolverine is the best it has ever been and are still growing. We are a force to be reckon with. We proved we belong on the international stage.

I myself will be traveling to Abilene Texas in September to train with Grandmaster Chip Townsend for about a week. I hope to come back with lots of useful information about teaching, training, and what not. Look for Cobourg Tae Kwon Do to be bigger and better in the near future.

Once again don’t forget to check out the 10,000 Acts challenge page.
