Hello Everyone

I found a video by Tom Callos on his thoughts about Black Belt Gradings. His views on the topic should be shared by any serious martial artist who truly wants to be a martial artist and not just another person who can say they got a Black Belt.  I share his views. I have talked to Tom a few times on the telephone as well as chatted with him on facebook. Nice guy. Really smart. In the martial arts industry, they call him Teacher to the Teachers.

Anyone who is grading for their various levels of Black belt at my dojang this year should watch this video and keep these things in mind.
