2013 Taekwondo Black Belt Candidates Week 13 Training
-Purpose of filming each week is to allow the candidates to see what they are good at and what they need to improve. It takes courage to film your flaws for the whole world to see.
March 25, 2013 to March 30, 2013. THE FOCUS ON THIS VIDEO IS FOR THE CANDIDATES TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO FOCUS ON MORE WHEN THEY ARE TRAINING THERE SPARRING AND SOME BASIC SELF DEFENSE. SHORT VIDEO THIS WEEK BECAUSE OF EASTER AND GRADINGS.
