“It is your decisions, not your conditions, that truly shape the quality of your life!”
This is the theme of the second poster handed in for the 2013 Black belt Grading taking place in June.
This statement is of one that I think everyone needs to read and truly think about.
The quality of how we live our lives is based on the decisions that we have made, are making, and will be making. It has nothing to do with the conditions that we believe that is affecting our lives. Remember most of the time we cannot control these random conditions however we can control our decisions on how we are going to handle these conditions.
We are making decisions all the time whether we realize it or not. Some are for our benefits while others not so much. Our decisions do affect our quality. Our decisions can also affect others but it is up to them to decide how they react to your decisions. It all boils down to personal responsibility.
Each time you make a decisions about anything at all, think about how this will affect your quality of life in the long run as well as how it may affect others to a certain degree. It’s all up to you.
