WINNING DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN…………

Winning doesn’t always mean being first,

Winning means you’re doing better than you’ve done before.

Yes winning at competition or whatever is probably your primary goals and it is awesome to win first place. However when you don’t win first place look at your performance from last time versus your most recent time and see if you made individual progress. If you had you won. If you learned something that can help you come back stronger and better you have won.

You should always go out and train to win when competing in competition but don’t lose site of making personal progressions and gains. Strive to learn and become better than you were before. But also make sure you are having fun with it as well. If all the hard work is no longer fun for you and your heart is not into it then you need to figure out if you wish to continue or do you just need to spice up your training and get your passion back. Also don’t take it too seriously if you lose. Sometimes you may be off or someone else is just having a better day than you. Learn from it and strive to improve next time.
