Sometimes we put too much thought into something and other times not enough thought.

We tend to have habits of going from extreme to the other. We either think way too much or we don’t think at all.

We need to find a healthy balance somewhere in the middle that doesn’t allow us to be too relaxed or too stressed.

We must learn to control our thoughts or at least choose how we deal with them. Discipline of the mind leads us to a greater sense of inner peace.
