If you are a person who focuses strictly on positiveness then most likely your actions will reflect good things being done.

If you are a person who is centred around negativity then your actions may lead to less than desirable actions towards others.

Then there is the people who are in the middle and can swing either way depending on what is happening at the moment of time.

One must try to find a balance within themselves where their thoughts and actions are formed through focused discipline for the betterment of all. Through time the focused discipline becomes relaxed and second nature. Your thoughts and actions are for the good.
