Our bodies weren’t designed to be living the inactive life styles that so many live.

We were created to be active and work our bodies hard.

So it makes sense that exercise gives us more energy.

It rids our bodies and minds of excess stress and negative energy.

It releases natural hormones that makes us feel good.

Having healthy active bodies also creates healthy active minds.

We of all ages should be exercising on a daily basis above and beyond our normal daily activities. You’d be surprise what it will do for you.
