BE MINDFUL OF YOUR SELF-TALK

Be mindful of your Self-Talk. It’s a conversation with the universe.

You can take this two ways.

1- There is the Law of Attraction that states that what you think about the most is what you get whether you deem it positive or negative.

Or,

2- Your Self Talk affects how your mind interpret what happens to you or what is going on around you.

Whatever way you take the above quote, the common element is that you need to be careful of how you think and talk to yourself.

The way you talk to yourself will ultimately shape your life whether you realize it or not.

So how do you talk to yourself? Everything is neutral but it is us that put the positive or negative labels on most things. How are you labelling yourself? What are you saying to yourself? Do you agree with it? What do you need to change about your self talk?
