Habits are formed through practice. Whether it is intentional or not.

What habits are you practicing? What habits do you have?

Are the habits you practice benefitting your life? Do you practice good habits and bad habits?

If you have habits that you want to change, start practicing new habits that are of your best interest.

It all takes practice. Some intentional and some not. But you are always practicing habits because that’s how you get good at them.
