As teachers, as instructors, as mentors, and etc,. we often must motivate, make constructive criticism, and instruct. We do so at times where we must be firm and tough but with good intentions. There is times when people need to hear the truth so that they can choose to better themselves or not to. We are only responsible for what we say not how others will take it.
