Wanna feel like crap?
Well there’s a question you aren’t asked everyday.
Me personally the answer is NO! I want to feel good and happy.
But if you want to feel like crap here is how you can do it.
#1 – Hang out with negative and toxic people
#2 – Live an unhealthy lifestyle
#3 – Find the negative in everything you encounter in this world
#4 – Avoid having fun
#5 – Be lazy and do nothing all day
#6 – Live a life without passion
Now here is a list of things you can do if you don’t want to feel like crap
#1 – Do everything the exact opposite of the list above!
