Okay here is day 2 of 10 for the ten items you are going to do for 2014.
Item Two: Eat Clean or Cleaner
Eating a healthy diet will make you feel better and make you healthier. Do this year strive to clean up your diet. If you are already eating pretty clean and healthy how can you improve your diet and nutrition further? If you need some huge improvements in your nutrition and diet plan I suggest doing your research, read some good books, and maybe even see a Naturopathic Doctor or Nutritionist to help you with it. Make it a goal to clean up your diet.
