2014 Black Belt Grading Pictures at Cobourg Tae Kwon Do. We had 20 black belt candidates test for various degrees of black belt at Cobourg Tae Kwon Do. Ten black belts, seven first degree black belts, and three third degree black belts. They tested on June 14th and we held the ceremony on June 21st.
