I want you to take a few moments here to think about how you are going to make this week better than last week.

What was good about last week or even what was not so good about last week? How can you make this week better?

It doesn’t have to be anything huge. Simple little changes can have a huge affect on this week.

WHat is it that makes a week good for you? It will vary from week to week and from person to person. But what is it that you call a good week?

Focus on trying to make each week better than the last. Not all weeks will be better but if you focus on trying to make each week better then life in general will become better.
