WHAT YOU WANT TO READ?

Good Morning

Okay I do a lot of writing for these blogs that I post 5 days a week. I cover many different topics of interest both related to martial arts and most often times life topics. I got lots more to write about as I am always seeking new knowledge. However I am also curious to hear about what you want to read about. What would you like me to write about? Comment below on some topics you would like me to cover with you.

  1. Becoming/ staying motivated to do a workout or do training when it seams like a much better option to order Little Ceasers and watch Netflix.

  2. -how about “responsibility for ones own actions;
    -reaping the rewards of/ or dealing with the consequences of what level people train at.
