WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORK OUT

Do you workout? Do you train? If so, what is it that got you started? What was your main motivation for getting started? WHat kept you going?

These are all questions that you need to ask yourself when you feel that you don’t want to workout/train on a particular day or when you feel like quitting all together.

We all know that working out and training is good for our physical health, good for our mental health. It helps when you train with or for a purpose versus a generic thing.

We all have goals in our lives that we are working towards. Training allows us to achieve those goals because through training we become more physical fit and mentally fit. When our bodies and minds are in shape we can conquer day to day challenges much better. We have clearer minds. We tend to be happier and feel good more often. We reduce aches and pains and can handle physical activities with much greater ease.  Our bodies and mind will remain healthier for a longer period of time as we age. We will have the ability to enjoy our family and friends more as we can engage with them more often and for longer. If we have jobs that require a lot of physical work being in shape makes it easier. You tend to avoid more conflicts when you are in shape as your mind is more clear and you have got rid of the physical stress that can be built up over time. Training allows us to release built up energy in a positive way.

There is so many benefits to training. These are all good  motivators I believe. And no one ever says “Man, I wished I didn’t work out today.”
