Focus is the ability to fully concentrate on what you are doing with little to no distractions.
Focus is very important in all aspects of our lives as it allows us to get done what is needed to get done.
Focus is what allows us to achieve the things we really want to accomplish.
Focus is a habit and like all habits we have to train it until it becomes second nature. Even after it becomes second nature we still have to mindfully practice it because it is easy to fall out of good practice and become lazy.
So we have to focus on developing and practicing our focus. To be completely in the moment and to fully concentrate on what we are doing.
