One must view their training partner as a person to whom you must trust and work with.

A training partner is someone who will challenge you and you will challenge them to make each other better.

Training partners must aim not to hurt each other for it is not good to hurt another person. You hurt your partners and you will soon run out and be alone.

Training partners are like teachers. They can help you see what you need to work on and what your strengths are.

Training partners go through the same things you are so they can support one another.

You will enjoy the good times together, spend the bad times together, but hopefully you will work to makes most of the times good ones.

Your training partner is a living breathing human like you that has feelings, hopes, dreams. They feel happiness and pain. They can trust or not trust. They are people so treat them good.

  1. I got Really Lucky in My training Partner.. Cheryl has been Amazing to work with, and I really hope it continues for a long time. 🙂

    Cheryl is not afraid to test my limits, but it’s Always done Respectfully, with the intent of improving us Both!
