Do Something today that your future self will thank you for.

Pick something today or tomorrow to do that you will be glad you did it tomorrow or the next day. Whether it be getting a good workout in, having a good conversation with someone you haven’t talk to in a bit, getting some work done that has been piling up, making some big decisions, and etc,.

I think we all need to do things more often that will make us more happy that we did it. Instead of just going through each day mindlessly, focus on getting that one thing or two done that will make you glad.
