CRY IN THE DOJANG……

Cry in the dojang, laugh on the battlefield.

All the hard work is done in your training. The easy part is the fight or the competition.

Work hard to prepare yourself for the day you have to use what you prepared for.

This applies to all aspects of your life.

Whether you compete/play in sports, are in school, or working at a job, you do your best to train/learn/get work done.

If it’s sports the game you play will be easier. All the tests and exams in school should be easier if you studied right. At work you get your work done on time and correctly so anything big comes up you are ready to tackle it.

It is all about preparation. How much effort you put into the preparation makes a huge difference in the outcome. You have the power to control the outcomes for the most part.
