Well I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, got well rested, and are ready to go.
I had a nice Christmas. Ate some good foods. Got some cool presents. Did some training each day. Allowed my body to get some rest before going hard at it again for the upcoming competition season.
Even though you have time off work, off school, or even off your daily lives you can always fine a little time to do a little training to keep your mind and body fresh. See it the opportunity to switch things up a bit from your normal workout routines.
Anyway so we are back to regular schedule today and tomorrow(Tuesday). Morning classes on Wednesday. Closed for Thursday. Full days again on Friday and saturday. Plus Team Wolverine on Saturday afternoon.
