Every moment of every day we have thoughts in our head.

Some of these thoughts are positive ones that do us good.

Some of these thoughts are negative ones that can cause us harm.

Some of these thoughts are neutral and just seem to pass their way by.

Some thoughts are unique to you and only you.

Other thoughts are experienced by everyone.

Certain thoughts that may be in your head may not even really be yours but the opinions of others.

Some thoughts are original where others are not.

Some thoughts are valuable to you where others not so much.

Some thoughts are happy and others are sad.

In any case there is many thoughts in your head throughout any given day. It is up to you to use the ones that are the most valuable to your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health.
