MINDFULNESS

To be mindfulness is to be in the now.

Turn your focus on the present.

The past is gone and cannot be changed.

The future has not yet arrived so it is no concerned at this present moment.

Mindfulness is having complete focus on what it is you are doing at the moment.

Mindfulness is doing what you are doing with complete control of your mind.

You put 100% of you into what you do each and every moment.

It is like zen. Being in the now so you can appreciate each moment more.

Being mindfulness of the present moment releases you from the rest of time.
