WORRY NOT

Worry not for you experience all the emotions of what you are worrying about whether it happens or not.

A lot of the time worrying is worse than what actually happens a lot of the time. Even if it happens at all.

Worrying robs us from a lot of happiness and being present in the moment as we are worried about the future.

Worried about something that may or may not happen.

We worry about the little things that we think we won’t get done. We worry about our friends and family. We worry about what the future may bring.

We get a lot of emotions build up and it does not really do any good. Worrying cannot change anything.

I guess the key is to try to worry less. Have faith in the fact that things just work out on their own.
