THOUGHTS ON 2015 BLACK BELT GRADING

Good Morning

I just anted to share a few thoughts I posted yesterday about the 2015 Black Belt Grading that happened this past Saturday.

“I just wanted to take a moment to congratulate all the black belt candidates who successfully passed their black belt gradings yesterday during a ten hour grading. You all were challenged in different ways. You had your ups and downs. Moments of pain and questioning yourself. Moments of joy and laughter. Moments where you stood rock solid. You have done what very few would never think of doing and few who could do it. Everyone should be proud of all you have accomplished. Take what you have learned and use it in the real world. For we don’t train to fight or die. We train to live and better the lives of those around us and ourselves. I would also like to take Master Joyce Farrell, Master Gayle Brayton, Master Richard Bernier, Ma’am Mikaela Lavoy, and Sir Jeff Morrow for all you do to help prepare the candidates and helping conduct their gradings. You are greatly appreciated.”
