Good Morning, or is it?…

How do you start your day? Is it calm or is it chaotic?

I am hoping it is calm and relaxing… but if it is not, it may not be your fault.

Has anyone ever told you to time some time each day to set up the next day? Most likely not.

Years ago I got into the habit of setting up for the next day near the end of the current day. I would make sure I knew what I was going to do the next day by writing to do lists, and getting everything organized for the morning.

I always start my day by working out with weights so the day before I make sure that the weights I am using are already set up so I can get right to work when I wake up. I also lay out my food and supplements for the next day so I don’t have to think about them… I just take them. I look at my calendar the day before so I know what meetings and other things I have to accomplish that day.

Doing various tasks like these the day or evening before makes your next day run very smoothly… and you can do this too!

So give it a try, you’ll be surprised how much better your day will be.
