Well it is two weeks until Christmas Eve. You know what this means? Times for love, and time for cheer. Time to spend with family and friends and enjoy the holidays. But it is also the time of year where you may eat a little more than you should… and probably you will eat some food that is not the best for you like chocolates, high fat foods, alcohol in larger amounts, and so forth. And….
That is okay because you have to have a balance in your life. You cannot just eat 100% healthy and clean. In the long run it doesn’t work. Our bodies are designed to process a little crap food once in a while. However just don’t over do it. Make sure you are eating lots of healthy foods as well.
Also another thing you can do to make sure you don’t gain any extra fat during the holidays is to make sure you get your workouts in. And the easiest way to do that is to get in for the taekwondo, kickboxing, and kettlebell classes over the holidays.

OPEN up to and including christmas eve morning – Dec 24th 8:30am kettlebell class, and 10am taekwondo class for adults and kids
CLOSED DEC 25, 26, 27.
OPEN – Monday Dec 28th to Thursday Dec 31st in the mornings for Morning kettlebells at 8:30am, taekwondo for adults and kids at 10am, plus regular taekwondo and kickboxing classes in the evenings. Thursday Dec 31st in the morning only.
CLOSED – Jan 1st to Jan 3rd.
OPDEN – Jan 4th for all regular classes again.
