Are You Truly Self Confident? In this video for self defense for women, we discuss self confidence and how you can use it to reduce the chances of becoming a victim of an attacker or bully. Walking with purpose, standing tall, making eye contact, exuding confidence and being aware of your surroundings are all excellent ways to reduce the risk of being bullied or falling victim to a potential attack. These are just a few ways how you can use self confidence for women’s self defense and your ability to defend yourself by physically using physical self defense techniques or physical self defense moves.
