Here is a video I did a few years ago on Push Ups. Since the 2016 Black Belt Candidates have started their training and are required to do a minimum of 10,000 push ups before their grading I thought I would share this video to give them ideas on different push ups variations. Enjoy!

Hello Everyone

It’s been a while since I wrote a blog so here it is. First up on the agenda is you will find a video below of a push up challenge I did. I posted on my facebook account that for everyone one “like” I get on my status I will do 10 push ups. All the push ups will be done in one day. The results are below.

Okay now for the second item on the agenda. I want to talk about wanting. There is way to many people out there that want want want and won’t do anything to get what they want. You hear all the time about people wanting to lose weight, make more money, get a job, get fit, get better at a certain skill, and an etc,. If you want something you truly have to want it. You cannot just say you want it. You have to be willing to work for it. Do what it takes to obtain or achieve that of what you desire. Make no excuses why you “can’t” get what you want. Don’t blame others. Too many people blame outside circumstances and others. What is the point in that? So if you want something, find out what it takes to get it and get it done. No excuses and no whining. You’ll be much happier that way.
