FIRST BLACK BELT JOURNEY POSTER IN FOR 2012
Hello Everyone
Well the 2012 Black Belt grading here at Cobourg Tae Kwon Do is getting closer. Our students will be testing for various levels of Black Belts in June. Each year the candidates have to do various projects along their way to grading. One of the projects is to create a Black Belt Journey Poster. We have had some pretty talented students create some pretty awesome posters and paintings. Here’s the first one for 2012 painted by Sarena Thompson who is going for 1st degree Black Belt. I’ll post some of last year’s poster tomorrow once I find the pictures.
Here’s some pictures from 2011 when Master Richard Bernier and I did our community based projects for our own gradings in at DeSantos Martial Arts conducted by Grandmaster Veronica DeSantos. I did Candy for Kicks and Richard did Pennies for Peace.
