SUCCESS FOR 2013 / FIRST BLOG OF 2013

Well Hello Everyone

Hope you had a good New Year’s Eve and a good 2012. It’s now 2013 and you know what? You are going to make 2013 a successful year. Yes, you really are?! You should strive to make each year successful. All success really is is getting the things you want to accomplished done. Whether that is buy a new car, get a raise at work, do better at school, have better relationships, meet new people, achieve your black belt, eat healthier, get fit, and the list can go on and on. Successes can be big things or small things. It doesn’t really matter as long as they are your successes. You can have daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly successes. It’s really only a mind set of wanting it bad enough and taking the time to do the work to get it done.

I read something very interesting yesterday and I want to share the concept or mind set behind it. Basically you are going to make 2013 a successful year. Don’t argue with me, you are going to do this!!! What I want you to do as I am doing it as well is to make a list of 13 things you want to get done or happen this year. The list should consist of things that get you excited and you can be passionate about. The list can have simple things or outrageous things on it. Heck you should have some outrageous things on there. Live life, dream big. A sample list might look like this:

1- Buy a new car

2- Improve current relationships

3- Eat Healthier

4- Make more money

5- Go on a vacation

6- Get more physically fit

7- Achieve a live long dream

and etc,. This is not my list by the way. But seriously give this list a try and work towards achieving them. You never know what might happen. One thing I can say for sure, it will turn out better than what you are currently doing right now.

Let me also ask you a question. How did you start out 2013? Are you feeling good and excited or not feeling so hot right now? Either way choose to start 2013 off with a good start. Do whatever it takes to make today a good day.

Me I woke up this morning, had a healthy breakfast, and worked out on the weights. Then I had a warm shower and got ready for the rest of the day. I played with my dog for a bit. Talked to some friends then had lunch. I just finished a kettlebell workout and now I am posting this blog for you. After I post this blog I will relax and enjoy the rest of my day off. I am excited to get back to work full force. I am excited for Team Wolverine practices starting this Saturday. I am excited to see how Team Attitude does this year. I am excited to see how business grows. And I am excited for all the mystery things that life will throw at me.

2013 will be a good year. Expect to see more interesting, motivating, and inspiring blogs. I am here to serve and help you meet and achieve your goals.

Last thing I want to mention for today is that we are back to regular schedule and classes as of tomorrow Wednesday January 2, 2013.  Yay!!
