ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

Do you have an attitude of gratitude?

Meaning are you grateful for what you have?

Do you appreciate what you do have and not worry about what you do not have?

We are all lucky to have what we have in our lives. We should not be concerned with what we don’t have or what others may have that we do not.

Being grateful is being happy for the simple things in life. We are lucky that we get to experience them.

Ever take a moment to appreciate just one thing each day that you are grateful for? You’d be surprise how much you actually have.

And it’s not all about having either. It is also about experiencing and feeling.

You can be grateful for what you have, what you are experiencing, and how you feel.

There is plenty to be grateful for. You just have to pay attention to it.

GRATITUDE

Gratitude….

How many of us wake up every morning and are thankful for all the things we have in our lives? Probably not so many.

I bet a lot of people don’t even really think about what they have until it’s gone. Am I right?

Or we tend to focus on the bad things we have or the things we don’t have.

Well I think we all should be focused more on be grateful for all the blessings we do have in our lives.

I hear and read of many people who wake up and in the morning and the first thing they do is think about all the things they are grateful before they get out of bed.

I have just started posting on a daily basis on my facebook page what I am grateful for. I am training myself to be more and more grateful each and everyday. I am also hoping that by posting my gratitudes that it will inspire others to do the same.

I think we all would be a little better if we pay attention to all the blessings we have in live and take a few minutes each day to think about them.

Also the more you are thankful for the more things that will come your way to be grateful for. Positives will attract positives while negatives attract negatives.
