TRICK OR TREAT SAFETY TIPS

Good Morning

Here is some Trick or Treat Safety Tips from Cobourg Tae Kwon Do.

  1. Always go Trick or Treating with a group and with Adults
  2. Wait til you get home and have your candy inspected by an adult before eating it
  3. Go to neighbourhoods that you know well
  4. Never go into strangers houses
  5. Wear something reflective on your costume so you are easily seen by cars and other vehicles
  6. Go up one side of the street then turn around and go down the other side of the street to avoid crisscrossing the roads all the time
  7. Carry a flashlight so you can see where you are going
  8. Make sure you be polite and practice your manners
  9. Make sure you can easily see out of the eye holes in your masks and face paint
  10. Make sure someone in your group has a cellphone on them in case of an emergency
