How do you spend your Saturdays? Did you know about the six classes that run on Saturdays here at Cobourg Tae Kwon Do?
We have quite a busy and fun day every Saturday.
Our day starts at 7:30am with the Sunrise Workout with Master Richard. Great cardio, strength, and conditioning class available to the Taekwondo students, kickboxers, and kettlebellers.
Next we have kettlebell class at 8:30am taught by me. Great low impact class using kettlebells to condition and tone muscles and the cardio system.
At 9:30am we have our lil’ dragons class for 4-5 year olds. Great class for the young children to learn martial arts, life skills, and coordination.
10:00am we have Black Belt Club for orange belts and up. We cover traditional martial arts weapons such as chuks, bo staff, sword, and escrima sticks. Great hand and eye coordination and lots of fun.
11:00am we have our sparring class for children and adults of all belt ranks. Lots of fun watching the kids and adults work together while having a great time.
12:00pm our Team Wolverine does their training for breaking competitions. Lots of sweating going on here.
