MOTIVATION DOESN’T LAST

People often say that motivation doesn’t last.

Wee, neither does bathing. That’s why we recommend it daily.

So very true. Most of us wouldn’t go more than one day without cleaning ourselves so why would you do the same for motivation.

Having daily motivation is like cleansing yourself.

Like bathing or shower you need to motivate yourself every day. If gives you a clean fresh perspective on the day.

As in what soaps you use you need to be specific as to what motivates you.

Everyday find something or somethings that motivate you to thrive each day. Whether it is something new or the same things that you really care about and are dedicated to.

Remind yourself on a daily basis why these things motivate you. Why do they make you tick?

If you are not motivated today then you’ll end up like you didn’t bath or shower.

FAILURE IS LIKE DRIVING DOWN…..

Slide1

failure is like driving down a dead end road and turning around to find a better path.

Failure is something that no one likes to do but we all do it from time to time.

Failure is not always a bad thing. At the right opportunities failure is a chance to learn and grow and become stronger.

Failure is only a negative when you keep repeating the same failures over and over and are not learning from it. You aren’t gaining the experiences and strength that comes from failure.

Failure can be bad if you choose to keep making the same bad decisions you are always making and you are hurting yourself and others along the way.

Failure should be seen as a opportunity to turn around and re-evaluate what you did and what you can do differently so you can be successfully. It might take several paths before you find the successful one. That is perfectly fine as long as you are open minded and are learning along the way.

The path to success should also be an opportunity to help others along their journeys as well.

#1 Motivator for Goals

Do you know what the number one motivator is for your goals?

It is a DEADLINE.

Having a deadline for when you have to have your goal accomplished by is very powerful. It makes your goals seem more important. There is  a greater sense of urgency when you attached a specific date to have something done by.

It’s in all areas of our lives.  In school you had to get assignments done on certain dates. You had tests on specific dates. If you didn’t prepare for these you would fail your classes. At work you have to get your work done by certain times otherwise you may lose your job. Various businesses have sales and if you don’t buy their items by the end of the dale date you end up paying more for your purchases.

Deadlines are all around us. They occur naturally. If you have something important to you that you want to get done, try to get a deadline and see how much easier it may be to get it done.
