JANUARY 15, 2015

Good Morning

Well it is half way through the first month of 2015. How are your New years Resolutions coming along? Or have you set any goals for this year that you have started to work on?

Hope somethings you planned are starting to turn out great. However you do not need a calendar or a new year to set new goals. You can set and achieve new goals anytime you wish. Don’t feel that you have to make new year resolutions and stick them them. And don’t feel bad if they don’t pan out. Focus on creating new goals and achieving them on your own calendar. You will achieve them on your own time. Just remind yourself what motivates you to achieve them. What drives you to move yourself forward. Your goals are for yourself.

Feel free to dream big with your goals. Normally the bigger the goals the more inspiring they are. The more you will strive to achieve them. Set small goals, medium goals, big goals, and the BIG goals. Dream big. Achieve big. It’s all in your hands.

10 THINGS TO DO IN 2014: ITEM #4

Day 4 of 10 of the list of things you are going to get done in 2014.

Item Four: Be Kinder

This is a pretty simple one. Strive to be kinder to everyone you meet and greet. If everyone did this one item we would live in a little better world. Simply go through your day treating others how you want to be treated. I’m pretty sure we all want to be treated with courtesy and kindness, yes?

10 THINGS TO DO IN 2014: ITEM #1

Okay it is now 2014. Have you made any resolutions that you may or may not keep yet? I created a list of ten things I think we all should do in 2014. So for the next 10 business days I will post one item each day for you to think about and make happen.

Item One: Exercise More.

Our bodies were designed to move around and endure and adapt to physical activities. So figure out a plan that allows you to do a little more exercise each day then you do now. It can be anything like exercise classes, martial arts classes, weight training, cardio, sports, or whatever. Don’t make any excuses. Just make it happen.
