SPEND A DAY LIKE A NEGATIVE PERSON

Good Morning

I have a challenge for you. Go one day spending all your time thinking how a negative person would think. Only think about how a negative person would think and act in every situation. Please don’t actually do any negative actions or be rude to anyone but please do think how a negative person would. At the end of the day reflect on how you feel. How would you feel if you actually lived your life like that? How would other people react to you? What would the overall quality of your life be like?

Now spend the next day living the life of a positive person. Imagine the most positive people you know personally or even people that you don’t know personally but are super positive. Go about your day acting like these positive people. Feel what it feels like. Pay attention to how people around you react/act.  Imagine how good the quality of life you would have it you were like these positive people. At the end of the day reflect on how you felt about the positive day versus the negative day. Which day made you feel better? What day do you want to repeat over and over again?

I believe if you actually did this little exercise that you would be choosing to live out day two for the rest of your days. It’s just a better path to follow. But I could be wrong. Maybe living negatively is the way to go?!

NEGATIVE PEOPLE

You cannot hang out with negative people and expect to live a positive life.

How you live your life depends on the people you surround yourself with.

Negative people will drag you down while positive people will lift you up.

Granted you will always have a mixture of both positive and negative, try to have way more positive people than negative people around you.

If you seem to only attract negative people, take a look at yourself and see why?

If you want to attract more positive people you will need to make changes to yourself that are more positive.

Your life, your choice.

CHOOSING YOUR FRIENDS WISELY

Good Morning

I wanted to touch on the topic of friends. We all have a variety of friends that affect our lives in various ways. But in what ways do they touch or affect us?

There is the friends that affect our lives positively. They encourage us and build us up. These are the friends that are most important to our wellbeing.

Than there is the friends that is neutral in our lives. They really don’t affect us too much. They are in  our lives and that is a good.

The last class of friends is the ones that fall into the negative category. These are the “friends” that drag you down. The ones that are a negative force in your life. The “friends” that take you away from all the good things you do and never allow you to grow. They actually shrink you.

Now out of all the friends you have, which are the positive ones, the negative ones, and the neutral ones? Which are more important to you? Do you need to make some big decisions regarding this important aspect of your life?

I’ve been doing a lot of pondering on this subject for some time now and I try to avoid all the negatives. My life is more about the neutrals and positives. I don’t have time for the negatives.

What’s your thoughts on this?

RAISE THE RENT AND KICK THEM OUT

Don’t let negative and toxic people rent space in your head. Raise the rent and kick them out.

It’s very natural for us as humans to let other people get inside of our heads and once they are there it is so hard to get them out. You know what I mean. We struggle for months and sometimes years to let go of negativity.

Well it’s our faults for allowing them into our heads in the first place. I believe we need to be more focused on the positive side of things and not allow the negative stuff to bother us so much.

Life is too short to allow so much negativity into our thoughts. It brings us down. We need to realize we deserve better and make a 100% effort to focus on the positive. The more positive things, thoughts, and people we allow into our head the less room there will be for negatives.

We need to realize that we only have a finite amount of room in our head. WHat we fill with this limited amount of space is up to us.

It’s like owning an apartment building. You only have a limited number of apartments to rent out. Once they are full you cannot rent out to anymore people unless you get rid of someone else first. ANd it’s not that easy to do. Your best bet is to fill your building with as much positive as you can.

The more positive you surround yourself with the more differently you will view the world compared to someone with tons of negatively in their lives.
