IT’S NOT HOW HARD YOU CAN HIT……..

It’s a very mean and nasty place,

And I don’t care how tough you are,

It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.

You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.

But it ain’t about how hard you hit,

It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

How much can you take and keep moving forward.

That’s how winning is done!

 

One of my favourite quotes/speeches from a movie. So very inspiring. It’s so true on so many levels when it comes to anything you do in life.

Some day I would love to get a “Rocky Balboa” autograph.

SOMEWHERE OUT THERE SOMEONE IS WORKING HARDER THAN YOU

Somewhere out there someone is working harder than you.

As an athlete, martial artist, business person, fitness nut, or whatever it is that you are, remember the above quote.

When it is time for you to be training, working out, or working, make sure you make the most of your time and work hard. Don’t waste your time thinking that you can make up for the lack of effort later or tomorrow.

When it’s time to work, work!

Someone else out there has the mentality to work harder than you. If they can do it, so can you!

If you want to be the best at what you do or at least be the best that you can be which is more important then you have to work for it. Work harder and work smarter! You can do it!

What inspires and motivates you? Think about it and use that to fire you up.

Rocky was never the most talented but he worked harder than everyone else! Eye of the tiger!
