Good Morning Everyone
Hope everyone has been having a good week so far. I know I have. Every day is an opportunity for YOU to create a good day.
Anyway Paul Rellinger, the sports writer for The Northumberland News stop by yesterday and did a nice interview with Jeff Morrow, one of our 2nd Degree Black Belts and the instructor for our special needs class, and Mike who is one of our students who will be going for Orange Belt in June, as well as myself(Master Jonathan). Mr. Rellinger arrived early and first asked myself some questions about the class and why we started it. He then interviewed Jennie, the coordinator of the program while Mike and Jeff had their photos taken by the photographer Karen. She had them doing some kicks on the paddles and doing some poses. After that Mr. Rellinger interviewed Mike and Jeff. Mr. Rellinger and I corresponded through email this week and got some of the background information ahead of time. He did his homework before he came in. That is always important to me.
It was a nice experience for our student and I look forward to reading the article when it comes out in the Northumberland News so keep your eyes open for it.
Here’s a ZEN saying that will make you think. “In walking, just walk. In sitting, just sit. Above all, don’t wobble.”
Have a great weekend
