GRATITUDE

Gratitude….

How many of us wake up every morning and are thankful for all the things we have in our lives? Probably not so many.

I bet a lot of people don’t even really think about what they have until it’s gone. Am I right?

Or we tend to focus on the bad things we have or the things we don’t have.

Well I think we all should be focused more on be grateful for all the blessings we do have in our lives.

I hear and read of many people who wake up and in the morning and the first thing they do is think about all the things they are grateful before they get out of bed.

I have just started posting on a daily basis on my facebook page what I am grateful for. I am training myself to be more and more grateful each and everyday. I am also hoping that by posting my gratitudes that it will inspire others to do the same.

I think we all would be a little better if we pay attention to all the blessings we have in live and take a few minutes each day to think about them.

Also the more you are thankful for the more things that will come your way to be grateful for. Positives will attract positives while negatives attract negatives.

A BLACK BELT IS A WHITE BELT…….

A Black Belt is a white belt who refused to give up.

This can be true to anything you do in life. All successful people who succeed almost always refuse to give up.

No challenges or obstacles in their way will break them. They find ways to go over, around, under, or through to achieve their goals.

A Black Belt is a state of mind. It’s a state of being. It’s not what you wear around your waist. Using attributes like integrity, courtesy, perseverance, loyalty, self control, indomitable spirit, kind heart, strong will, ¬†intelligence, and so forth.

Everyone was made to be awesome. Some people are lucky enough to realize it and do something about it. Others realize it but choose to do nothing about it and waste it. Then there are the ones that unfortunately do not get a chance to realize it.

But everyone was made to be awesome. You and you alone get to choose whether or not you become awesome!
