Master Jonathan Field runs Ma’am Cheryl Sanders, the co-founders of Empowered, through a focus mitt workout similar to a boxing workout only using kickboxing drills, and self defense strikes, instead of the traditional boxing training. You will see how to hold the boxing mitts held by Master Jonathan while Ma’am Cheryl performs various kickboxing drills and women’s self defense strikes on the focus mitts. Ma’am Cheryl performs one minute rounds of the focus pads and mixes some kettlebell exercises in there as well.
