ABOVE ALL, DON’T WOBBLE – ZEN

” In walking, just walk. In sitting, just sit. Above all, don’t wobble. “

This seems simple enough. Basically be in the present moment and just do what you are doing. You will wobble when you are doing one thing and your focus os on something else. Mainly the past or future. Focus on the now.

Now that’s a practice that takes practice.
